We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if: The packaging is torn or the seal is broken; The coffee is moldy or spoiled due to our storage fault; The wrong product was delivered (wrong beans, wrong roast/grind).
Please contact us via Zalo or Hotline with an unboxing video/photos and the product condition. We will promptly send a replacement completely free of charge.
We do not accept returns for cases where customers change their mind or do not prefer the personal taste profile, due to the specific nature of specialty unflavored roasted coffee.
